Our Projects

Who we help

We work with:

  • Conservation organizations

  • Businesses offsetting their carbon emissions

  • Open-source technology community

  • Donors supporting biodiversity projects

We help global conservation NGOs, like Colombia's Proyecto Titi, scale through short- and long-term financing, including access to open-source technology tools to find donors and support conservation. We help carbon-heavy companies reduce their environmental footprint through the purchase of ethically sourced carbon credits, ensuring the majority of those costs are passed directly to conservation NGOs.

Proyecto Titi

ReWorld joined forces with Proyecto Titi to preserve the tropical dry forests of northwestern Colombia. Our project combined on-the-ground restoration with innovative, science-backed conservation tools and powerful community engagement. The goal was to create an interconnected forest corridor to provide a refuge for over 600 species, including the endangered cotton-top tamarin, unique to Colombia. The project includes planting 800,000 native trees and sequestering five million metric tons of CO₂, contributing significantly to global efforts to mitigate climate change. In March 2024, Proyecto Titi and ReWorld successfully raised $1.2 million, enabling the purchase of the Santa Helena Preserve in Northern Colombia—an area spanning 956 acres.

Interactive Donation Maps

ReWorld and Proyecto Titi: Santa Helena Preserve

Our Santa Helena Preserve interactive map allowed donors to the ReWorld x Proyecto Titi project to select available acres and donate to Proyecto Titi to purchase them. These donated acres appeared on the map under the donors’ name (or that of a designated honoree), along with the number of trees planted, cotton-top tamarins saved, and tons of carbon offset by those specific acres. The crowd-sourced funding program helped Proyecto Titi buy, reforest, and restore almost 1,000 acres of deforested land to return to a lush, diverse habitat.
